As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Can't find your tracking email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Allow up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation for the first tracking scan to appear.
• Still nothing? Email support@trynectara.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
