Overview
This store (trynectara.com) is operated by Roseva Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under number 2026-001980624, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought. Payment is handled in Shopify's checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, the pages you view, the items you add to your cart, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).
- When you sign up for our newsletter: your email address.
- When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
- If you create an account: the information in your account, such as your email address, saved addresses and order history.
Why we use it
To process, ship and track your order, to send you order and shipping updates, to answer your questions, to handle returns, refunds and replacements, to detect and prevent fraud, to understand how our store is used so we can improve it, to comply with our legal obligations, and — only if you have subscribed — to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that make our store work, and only as far as they need it:
- Shopify — hosts our store and runs our checkout, payment processing, order emails, newsletter sign-up form and store analytics.
- Payment providers — the provider that processes the payment method you choose at checkout.
- Kaching Bundles — the app that shows our bundle offers on the product page and adds the bundle you choose to your cart.
- Fulfillment and shipping partners — our fulfillment team and the carriers that pack and deliver your order. They receive your name, shipping address, phone number if given, and the items you ordered.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the store in order to provide and improve its services. Where Shopify uses information from your interactions with our store together with other merchants for its own features, Shopify is responsible for that processing. Cookies
Our store uses Shopify's cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the store to work — for example to keep your cart, remember your session and complete checkout. Others help us understand how visitors use the store (Shopify Analytics). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Turning off necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live — for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut or Canada — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and how we use it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal information. If you live in California or another state with a similar law, you can opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.
To exercise any of your rights, email us at support@trynectara.com. We will respond within the time the law allows and may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is acting on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline your request, you can reply to our answer to appeal the decision.
Do Not Track
Apart from the Global Privacy Control signal described above, our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
Our store and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
International transfers
We and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate.
Security
Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
