Track Your Order

Tracking Your Order

  1. Getting Your Tracking Number

    As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number with a link to follow your package.

  2. Why Isn't My Tracking Moving?

    Tracking updates can sometimes lag behind because of processing at postal facilities or carrier network delays — most resolve within a few days.

  3. No Tracking Email?

    If you don't receive your tracking email, or your tracking seems stuck, email us at support@trynectara.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Missing Package

Marked as Delivered, but Not Received?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check around your property — porch, mailbox, lobby or other common delivery spots.
  2. Ask neighbors or building management — someone may have accepted it for you.
  3. Wait 1 to 2 days — packages are sometimes marked as delivered a little early.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — we can usually still change it before the order ships. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

🍁 Canada: Duties and Taxes

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by Canadian customs. These charges are set by the local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day.
